Refund & Return Policy

To ensure your satisfaction, we offer the option to exchange or return items within 3 days of receipt, provided the items are in their original condition, unused, and unwashed.

If the Error is on Our End

Exchanges or returns will be processed free of charge. This applies to cases such as receiving an item that does not match your order, receiving an incorrect size, or receiving a defective or damaged product.

For Customer Preference

  • For Exchanges: If you wish to change the color, size, or style, a delivery fee of 3 JOD will apply.
  • For Returns: Only the value of the product will be refunded; the original delivery fee is non-refundable. The customer is also responsible for the return shipping fee to the company, which is 3 JOD.
